This 70m2 apartment in the heart of the 13th arrondissement was still in its original "juice" when we started the renovation.

Our action particularly concerned the kitchen, which we opened onto the living room with an industrial glass roof, and the bathroom, which we completely redesigned by creating a new walk-in shower.

​

The whole environment has been unified thanks to the use of new materials and a contemporary aesthetic that has completely transformed this old "duckling" into a beautiful "swan", to live and enjoy.
